The video interview

Your future manager (or someone you’ll be working closely with) will lead the interview and they’ll ask you more detailed and technical questions about the role and your capabilities. You can use this interview to build on what you learnt during the phone call and ask questions about the role or the team you’d be working with.

The challenge round

We’re a result driven company and we practice what we preach. That’s why we’ll ask you to complete a challenge, solve a problem, or perform an assignment to show us what you can do. Sometimes this might be in the form of a presentation or a proposal, but it really depends on the role you apply for. Don’t worry, we’ll give you plenty of time to prepare and you can ask for extra support if you need it.

The culture interview

We’ll ask you a few questions relating to our company values and culture, and we’ll introduce you to some of the wider team. This stage of the process is just a chance for us to confirm that you’re a good fit for our company culture and team (and if you made it this far, then there’s a good chance we already think you are!)

The offer

If you make it this far – congrats! We’d love you to be part of the Alpha Digital team. At this stage, we already have a good idea of what you could bring to the team so we will make you a fair and market-competitive offer. If you accept the offer, we’ll tell you more about what to expect on your first day with us and how our onboarding process works.
