About the Role
AD Labs is looking for an ambitious International Business Development Trainee to join our commercial team for a minimum of six months. You will gain hands-on experience across international market research, outreach, prospect engagement, qualification and client campaigns while learning how AI-powered digital sales teams are built and operated.
This is a full-time, paid traineeship for graduates or students completing a formal internship. The role is remote-first, with opportunities to work on-site where available, and is open globally with a preference for candidates based in Europe or North America.
Your Responsibilities
- Research international markets, target accounts and relevant decision-makers for AD Labs and its clients.
- Support and execute personalised outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email and other digital channels.
- Manage prospect conversations, qualify commercial opportunities and schedule relevant sales meetings.
- Participate in client meetings, maintain accurate CRM records and use campaign insights to improve our digital sales agents.
Who We Are Looking For
- A graduate or student completing a formal internship in business, marketing, commercial studies, international business, AI or a related field.
- A confident English communicator with strong written skills and an interest in international B2B sales.
- An independent, entrepreneurial and commercially curious person who takes ownership without requiring constant direction.
- Someone available full-time for at least six months who understands that responsibility, progression and rewards are earned through consistent performance.
Why Join Us?
- Receive premium, hands-on commercial training while working directly with the founder on live international campaigns.
- Learn how AI-powered digital sales agents are designed, trained and deployed in real business-development environments.
- Join an ambitious international company at an early growth stage, with meaningful responsibility from the beginning.
- Receive a paid monthly traineeship allowance, performance-based incentives and the opportunity to progress into a permanent role.
